VLM For Order Fulfillment & Parts Storage
The most versatile of all parts-to-picker machines, Modula Vertical Lift Modules are ideal for both order fulfillment and parts storage applications. These machines are typically used to store small parts and cartons; however, they can also handle products up to 160” long x 32” deep x 27” high. Product height on trays is measured by photo eyes to maximize storage capacity.
The machine operates much like an elevator, with trays stored on bolt-on rail panels in the front and rear of the unit. The exact machine specifications will be determined based on the volume of products to be stored, requiring a Volumetrics Study.
Heavier Capacity - Modula VLM Series
