Modula’s Horizontal Carousels (HC) are ideal for high-speed order fulfillment, especially in environments with low ceilings. When configured in pods of 2 to 4 machines, a single operator can achieve picking rates of up to 550 lines per hour, significantly enhancing throughput.
A typical pod setup includes pick light trees, put lights on a batch picking workstation, and an integrated takeaway conveyor system. These components, combined with robust software, streamline the order picking process, improving accuracy and efficiency.
