Since 1980, Promagic, Inc. has served their clients with the most complete line of car cleaning products and equipment throughout Flint Texas and the United States.  Just about anything you need to clean, decorate, or condition your vehicle, Promagic has it.

Challenge: Moving into a warehouse with no office space. Needs quick set up of offices in order to hit the ground running.

Due to major growth pains, they needed to move into a new warehouse that could accommodate their expansion.  They found the perfect location with the right amount of space needed, but no professional offices to conduct business out of.As we all know, Texas gets HOT in the summer months. Even within a fan-cooled warehouse, heat risk can still be a factor with dock doors opening and closing all day long.  So they needed a fully functional office space that had the comfort of air conditioning along with a high-quality professional appearance to conduct business from.

Material handling and storage planning specialist, Rode Chambers, headed up this project. After hundreds of similar in-plant office projects, this was a snap!

W.W. Cannon’s in-house team of professional installers went to work.  A modular building was constructed complete with windows, solid door, and a quiet HVAC ceiling ventilated system. Installation took a quick 3 days for the entire office to be ready for use.

Our customer was able to conduct business fast with normal office hours within a climate-controlled, fully functional space.  As their need for office space grows, they’ll be able to easily expand into more offices with the reconfigurable, prefabricated building system.
