Framework:
- Corner supports: 3″ x 3″ anodized aluminum angles
- Panel supports: 4″ x 2-1/2″ aluminum “T” extrusions
- Top frame: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ anodized aluminum angles
- All aluminum components use 6063 alloy, T6 temper with a 202R1 clear anodized finish.

Wall Panels:
- 3/4″ sandwich construction with high-density OSB core

- Gray vinyl-covered hardboard interior
- Urethane caulking and plated screws ensure a secure fit

- 3/4″ sandwich construction with aluminum vapor barrier
- White vinyl-covered hardboard interior for a clean, professional finish
Floor/Base:
- 4″ welded structural steel channels with rust-inhibitive paint
- Forklift pockets for easy relocation
- Sub-floor: Two layers of 5/8″ OSB board with an aluminum vapor barrier
- Finished floor: Commercial-grade seamless vinyl
Roof Options:
- Buildings 4’ wide or less ship with a pre-installed roof featuring EPDM membrane and aluminum gutters.
- Larger buildings include a knock-down corrugated aluminum roof system with anodized gutters and fascia trim for on-site assembly.
Doors and Windows for Style and Functionality
Windows:
- Single sliding aluminum windows with locking devices
- Glazed with 1/8” clear tempered safety glass
- Anodized aluminum framing with 202R1 clear finish
Doors:
- Swinging Doors: Commercial-grade 3068 steel doors with tempered glass window, ball-bearing hinges, and key-in-knob locksets.
- Sliding Doors: 6068 aluminum patio-style sliding doors with 3/16” tempered glass and solid lower panel, featuring keyed locks and pull handles.
Pre-Wired Electrical Systems
Starrco buildings come equipped with a complete electrical package, including:
- One 125v duplex receptacle
- One 230v single receptacle

- 125 amp circuit breaker box
