W.W. Cannon, LLC has assigned a new material handling specialist to their Houston TX area – including College Station and Galveston.

Denton Brown, son of owner and president Gregory A. Brown, will be taking on the sales role after practically being raised on material handling systems. He’ll be representing W.W. Cannon, LLC in the greater Houston area including College Station and Galveston.

A recent graduate of Texas A&M (also Greg Brown’s alma mater), Denton Brown brings a degree in Communications and years of experience working with material handling solutions sold and installed by W.W. Cannon, LLC.

“I started as an installer when I was fifteen, so it’s been seven years now,” said Denton Brown. “With as long as I’ve worked here and as much as I’ve learned, it was kind of a natural fit.”

Brown says his prior experience in installation provides several benefits for customers.

“It helps to know the installation process and ask the right questions that will keep us from running into dead ends. And having installed all these products for many years, I can help guide customers to the right solutions.”

Brown says he is also drawing on the expertise of his father, who has earned a place of respect and success in the Dallas community and material handling industry.

“He’s really big on keeping up with customers. It lets them know that they can count on us if they need anything and builds relationships that will benefit all of us long-term, even if you don’t always make a sale,” Brown says. “I look forward to being the face of W.W. Cannon in that area.”

For Brown and the rest of the W.W. Cannon team, building and maintaining customer relationships is just as important as getting the job done right.

“Customers can look forward to having somebody who’s willing to put in the time and really get the product that they need to increase workflow, keep everybody safe and increase productivity,” says Brown.
