Cannon provided for one of our customers in Houston, a Fortune 500 Thermal Control Company. “Their savings over traditional construction and moving costs was around 65%.  We built a 4000 sq. ft. x 12′ clear Cogan Mezzanine along with a Wildeck hydraulic style VRC with 14′ of lift on the existing manufacturing floor.  The customer was able to gain much needed manufacturing floor space without having to add an offsite facility” said Billy Duplechin, Houston Sales Representative.

The columns of the mezzanine are being erected in the photo above.  This project took one forth the time of conventional construction to complete and required no disruption of business or personnel.

In the photos above, you can see the manufacturing floor completely transformed into much needed space for manufacturing and storage.  The yellow Safety Gates were added to comply with OSHA safety requirements.  The VRC gives much needed OSHA compliant transport capability to the new second floor.
