A Starrco Modular Office was crafted to sit atop a 4′ high mezzanine. Steps to the office were installed for easy access. Full length windows were installed to give the desired view.
Additionally, an air conditioning / heating unit was installed, along with lighting, and a full size door.
Frank Guevara led the installation team on this 2-part modular office, and mezzanine install project which was complete in 5 days.
