Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor Systems
Belt driven live roller conveyor consists of load rollers, a drive-belt, return rollers and an external motor. The load rollers make up the conveying surface on which product is transported. These rollers are moved using a belt which is located directly underneath the load rollers. This provides friction directly on the rollers which creates forward movement of the product. The return rollers are used to keep the belt in place under the conveyor and to maintain tension on the drive belt.
Belt driven live roller conveyor can be used in accumulation, induction, and merging systems where product sizes and weights tend to vary.

Light Duty Belt Driven Live Roller - Model 138LR
138LR is ideally suited for horizontal conveying of items where transfers, side loading or unloading, or temporary accumulation is required in light duty applications or when small items are conveyed requiring close standard roller spacing.
Light Duty Belt Driven Live Roller Curve - Model 138LRC
Model 138LRC features tapered rollers to maintain product orientation. Reversible, it is also commonly slave driven from 138LR and 138VP making it the ideal curve in light duty applications. This unit is not recommended for accumulating loads.
Light Duty Belt Driven Live Roller Curve Spur - Model 138LRCS
For product diversion to spur line or for merging. Model 138LRCS is ideal in light duty applications. This unit is not recommended for accumulating loads.
