• Row Spacers – installed between back-to-back rows of pallet racks to maintain proper spacing and enhance rack stability, ensuring structural integrity of the whole system and facilitating the installation of additional safety features.
• Pallet Supports – beams or bars that provide additional support to pallets on the rack, reducing the risk of sagging or deformation. They enhance load-bearing capacity and stability, especially for heavy or oversized pallets.

• Flue Stop – typically consists of a horizontal bar or beam that is installed between the upright frames of the pallet rack, at a specific height, to create a barrier. The barrier prevents pallets from being pushed or accidentally positioned into the flue space during loading and unloading operations. A flue stop maintains proper fire safety standards within your facility and helps ensure that fire sprinkler systems can effectively penetrate the vertical space between pallets, allowing for efficient fire suppression in the event of a fire.
• Wire Decking – placed on the beams of pallet racks to provide a stable and secure surface for pallets to rest on. Improves safety by preventing items from falling through the racks, enhances product visibility, and allows for better fire sprinkler penetration.
• Shims – small, metal devices used to adjust the level of pallet rack components, such as upright frames or cross beams, to ensure proper alignment and stability. Their primary purpose is to address uneven floors or surfaces within a storage facility.
• Anchor Bolts – serve the crucial purpose of securing the pallet rack upright frames to the floor, providing stability to the entire rack structure. Many building codes and safety regulations require pallet racks to be securely anchored to the floor, preventing unintended movement or shifting of the rack.
